Find the Right Party Bus Service in Chino Hills
Ontariopartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles, employ anyone behind the wheel, or provide transportation directly. It's a quote-comparison website — the kind that saves you from calling a dozen companies, repeating your trip details each time, and waiting on callbacks that never quite answer your question.
Instead, you fill out one quick form or call 840-237-8900, and within seconds you can compare different vehicle types, party bus prices, and available options from providers serving Chino Hills and the broader Inland Empire region.
No account required. No obligation. A free quote takes about a minute, and the results show you vehicles, packages, and pricing ranges — all in one place.
Whether you need a Sprinter van for six executives heading to Ontario International Airport, a 25-passenger party bus for a Chino Hills bachelorette night, or a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate shuttle between campuses, this is where you start. Call 840-237-8900 any time, any day, to get pricing for your specific date and itinerary.

Chino Hills Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
Not every Chino Hills group trip calls for the same setup. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound seating — a solid match for birthdays, bachelorette nights, and prom runs. A Sprinter limo or Sprinter van keeps things polished for smaller groups heading to corporate meetings or wedding venues, with leather seating and USB charging at every seat.
For bigger moves — think conference shuttles between the Ontario Convention Center and area hotels, or a wine country day trip to Temecula — a full-size charter bus with reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage, and onboard restrooms makes the distance feel shorter. Amenities vary by provider, but the quick quote form shows you exactly what each vehicle includes so there's no guessing.

How Much Is a Party Bus in Chino Hills?
Party bus rental prices in Chino Hills generally run $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$500 per hour on weekends, depending on the vehicle size and your date. A 15-passenger party bus typically ranges from $200–$350/hr on weekdays and $250–$350/hr on weekends. Step up to a 30-passenger party bus and you're looking at roughly $300–$375/hr on weekdays and $325–$425/hr on weekends.
A charter bus for larger groups runs around $200–$350/hr either way — often the most cost-effective option when you do the per-seat math on a full load. Per-day rates are also available across the board. These are planning ranges, not quotes — the real number moves with your date, hours, vehicle, and demand.
The fastest way to get your actual price: call 840-237-8900 or fill out the quick form, and you'll have a quote in about a minute. Check the party bus prices page for a full breakdown by vehicle type.

More Choices on Chino Hills Party Buses, One Search
The Inland Empire has no shortage of transportation options — the problem is finding the right one for your trip without spending an afternoon on the phone. Ontariopartybuscompany.com exists to solve exactly that. Because it's a comparison platform and not a single fleet, you're never boxed into whatever one company happens to have available on your date. You see options from multiple providers serving Chino Hills, compare vehicles and packages side by side, and pick what fits — all in one place, with no account and no obligation.
That's especially useful in a city like Chino Hills, where your group might be heading to a Dodger game in LA one weekend and a casino night at Yaamava' in Highland the next. The freeway situation — SR-71 to the 60, the 91 cutting through Riverside County, the 57 into Orange County — changes depending on where you're going, and the right vehicle for each trip isn't always obvious. A live support team is available every day of the year at 840-237-8900 to help you match your itinerary to the right vehicle and get a custom quote fast.
That combination — instant comparison, real human backup, zero pressure — is the whole point.

Whatever brings your group together in Chino Hills, there's a vehicle in the network sized for it. Ontariopartybuscompany.com helps you find the right fit for airport runs, concerts, corporate shuttles, bachelor and bachelorette nights, weddings, prom, sporting events, winery tours, and much more. Call 840-237-8900 to get your group moving.

Chino Hills Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Ontario International Airport (ONT) (2500 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761) is the closest major airport to Chino Hills — roughly 10 miles up the 60 Freeway, or about 20 minutes without traffic. In practice, morning departures on a Monday or Friday can push that to 35–40 minutes once you factor in local surface streets and the approach to Terminal 2. Coordinating four or five separate rideshares for a large group heading to an early flight is the kind of thing that falls apart fast — one car stuck on Grand Avenue, another circling the cell phone lot.
A Sprinter van or minibus loads the group once and rolls directly to the terminal curb, so nobody misses the bag drop window.
For groups flying into LAX or John Wayne Airport and connecting to Chino Hills, a charter bus makes the transfer clean — no rental car counters, no split rideshare convoys. Read the ONT airport shuttle guide for specific pickup protocols, and call 840-237-8900 to lock in your airport transfer.

Chino Hills Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Chino Hills bachelorette night has a lot of directions it can go — casino night at Yaamava' Resort & Casino in Highland, a club crawl through the Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, a dinner-and-show night in Hollywood, or a wine tasting run through Temecula wine country. Every one of those routes involves a freeway, and at least one of them involves a parking situation that turns frustrating by 10 PM. A party bus in the 25- to 40-passenger range keeps the whole group in one vehicle for the full night — no convoy logistics, no "meet us there," no designated driver conversation.
Party buses in that size range typically run $250–$500 per hour on weekends, with per-day packages available for longer itineraries. For a Chino Hills bachelorette party bus rental, the earlier you lock in your date the better — Saturday nights in summer and holiday weekends book fast. Call 840-237-8900 to check availability for your date.

Chino Hills Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Chino Hills has a strong tradition of milestone celebration events — quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, and milestone birthdays that fill banquet halls and event spaces across the Inland Empire. Getting guests from multiple neighborhoods across San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties to the same venue on time is a real coordination challenge, especially when the event venue is on a surface street that doesn't scale for 15 separate cars. A birthday party bus rental in the 20- to 30-passenger range centralizes pickup from a single neighborhood location and delivers the group as one arrival — which also happens to make for a better entrance.
Popular event venues in the area include spaces in Chino, Ontario, and Pomona. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375/hr on weekends, making the per-person math reasonable when you split it across the group. For quinceañeras with a larger guest list, a 40- or 50-passenger party bus gives you more room and keeps the energy up on the ride.
Call 840-237-8900 to compare sizes and get a quote for your date.

Chino Hills Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the region's major concert venues sit 20 to 45 minutes from Chino Hills depending on traffic — and traffic on show nights can double that. Glen Helen Amphitheater in Devore draws crowds of 65,000 for festivals like Knotfest and Aftershock, and the approach along Glen Helen Parkway turns into a single-lane crawl two hours before doors. Parking runs $20–$40 per car and the post-show exit can hold you for 45 minutes or more.
A charter bus sidesteps that entirely by using the commercial vehicle lanes and dropping your group at the main entrance. Read the Glen Helen charter bus guide for approach details.
Toyota Arena in Ontario (4000 E Ontario Center Dr) handles smaller touring acts and comedy shows, with free surface parking — but it fills fast on sellout nights and the walk from the far lots runs about 10 minutes in the dark. A minibus drops your Chino Hills group at the main entrance on Arena Drive and stages nearby until the show wraps. Call 840-237-8900 to get a Chino Hills concert party bus rental quote.

Chino Hills Corporate Event Transportation
Chino Hills is home to a mix of business offices and corporate campuses, and the surrounding Inland Empire hosts major conferences at the Ontario Convention Center (2000 E Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764). Getting 40 employees from a Chino Hills office park to the convention center and back without anyone worrying about the 60 Freeway backup at Haven Avenue is exactly the kind of problem a charter bus solves. Drop-off at the Ontario Convention Center uses Convention Center Way on the south side of the building, with on-site bus staging available.
Read the Ontario Convention Center group transport guide for current approach details.
For executive transfers to corporate meetings in downtown Los Angeles or Orange County, a Sprinter van keeps the group together and on schedule — no rental car returns, no toll confusion on the 91. A minibus rental works well for mid-size team shuttle circuits between the Ontario Airport Marriott and nearby office campuses. Call 840-237-8900 to build a custom corporate shuttle package.

Chino Hills Private Event Transportation Services
Chino Hills is a residential community — most large-scale private events like family reunions, church group outings, and milestone celebrations require a drive to a venue outside the city. That's where having a private bus makes the most difference: instead of asking 40 relatives to independently navigate the 71 Freeway to a venue in Pomona or San Dimas, a charter bus picks everyone up from one central Chino Hills location and delivers them together.
For multi-stop itineraries — a family reunion that starts at Carbon Canyon Regional Park and ends with dinner in Brea — a private charter bus rental keeps the schedule on track without anyone getting lost between stops. Large regional events like the LA County Fair at Fairplex in Pomona draw massive crowds and close Carbon Canyon Road and the 57 Freeway on-ramps to a crawl. A charter bus drops your group at Fairplex's Gate 9 on White Avenue and stages in the commercial lot rather than paying $20–$30 per vehicle in surface parking.
Call 840-237-8900 to plan a private group trip from Chino Hills.

Chino Hills Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Chino Hills High School's prom typically falls in late April or May — right in the middle of the Inland Empire's single busiest stretch for party bus demand. Schools across San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties all hold their proms within roughly the same six-week window, and vehicle availability compresses fast. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing and limited vehicle selection by March.
Waiting is never cheaper — a bus locked in early almost always comes in below last-minute pricing.
A 20- to 25-passenger party bus is the standard fit for most Chino Hills prom groups, running $275–$375/hr on weekend nights. Homecoming runs earlier in the fall and books with less urgency, but any Saturday night rental during football season tightens availability. The prom party bus page has more planning detail, or call 840-237-8900 to check what's available for your specific date.

Chino Hills School Event & Field Trip Transportation
School field trips and athletic travel out of Chino Hills typically head toward destinations across San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties — natural history museums in LA, science centers in Balboa Park, or sports tournaments in the Coachella Valley. A charter bus for school groups handles those distances better than a carpool convoy, with overhead storage for bags and equipment and onboard restrooms on select vehicles so the trip doesn't require an unplanned gas station stop on the 10 Freeway.
For shorter local trips, a minibus works well for student groups heading to the Chino Youth Museum or the Planes of Fame Air Museum in Chino (14998 Cal Aero Dr, Chino, CA 91710) — a hands-on aviation history museum with more than 150 historic aircraft that makes for a genuinely engaging field trip destination. Bus drop-off at Planes of Fame uses Cal Aero Drive at the museum entrance, with ample space for oversized vehicles. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just note that when you call 840-237-8900.

Chino Hills Sporting Event Transportation
Dodger Stadium is about 35 miles from Chino Hills — a 35-minute drive that becomes 70 minutes on a Friday evening game day when the 60 merges into the 5 and the Stadium Way exit backs up past Sunset Boulevard. Preferred parking at Dodger Stadium runs $35 and the lots open 2.5 hours before first pitch, but groups relying on rideshare deal with surge pricing and a pickup zone that requires a 10–15 minute walk from the closest lot. A charter bus solves both: your Chino Hills group loads once, reaches the stadium through the preferred commercial approach on Academy Road, and has a ride home arranged before the seventh inning.
Read the Dodger Stadium charter bus guide for specific drop-off and parking details.
For NHL and NBA fans, the Honda Center in Anaheim is about 20 miles south on the 57 — closer, but the 57/91 interchange on the return trip is a known bottleneck after night games. A Chino Hills sporting event party bus rental handles the drive both ways so the group arrives and leaves together. Call 840-237-8900 for game-day pricing.

Chino Hills Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Chino Hills and the surrounding Inland Empire have a solid concentration of wedding venues — spaces in Carbon Canyon, hillside properties with canyon views, and banquet halls across Chino and Ontario. The logistics challenge for most Chino Hills weddings isn't finding a venue; it's moving guests between a hotel room block, a ceremony site, and a reception venue across a city where those three locations can span two county lines. A wedding shuttle bus in the 20- to 35-passenger range handles that loop cleanly, staging at the hotel block, running ceremony drop-offs, then picking up for the reception.
A Sprinter limo makes a natural fit for the wedding party itself — smaller, more personal, and easier to maneuver through a hillside venue's narrow access road than a full charter bus. For larger guest lists, a minibus running a continuous shuttle circuit keeps the flow moving without guests waiting more than 15 minutes between runs. The wedding transportation page covers planning detail, or call 840-237-8900 to put together a custom shuttle plan for your venue locations.

Chino Hills Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula wine country is about 45 miles south of Chino Hills — roughly an hour down the 15 Freeway, depending on weekend traffic at the Cajalco Road merge. The route is straightforward, but the return trip after a day of tastings at a dozen wineries is exactly when you don't want anyone navigating. A party bus or minibus handles the full day: one central Chino Hills pickup, a custom stop sequence through Temecula wine country, and a direct return without anyone counting drinks or calling a rideshare from the middle of De Portola Road.
For pub crawls closer to home, Ontario and Upland have walkable downtown bar districts accessible by minibus — easy staging, short runs, no parking hassles between stops. The Temecula wine country bus guide covers the logistics in detail. A Chino Hills winery tour bus rental in the 15- to 25-passenger range runs $200–$375/hr on weekends, and the per-person cost is almost always less than what the group would spend on individual rideshares for the same round-trip.

How much does a party bus cost in Chino Hills?
Party bus pricing in Chino Hills generally ranges from $200–$350/hr on weekdays and $250–$500/hr on weekends, depending on the vehicle size and your date. A 15-passenger party bus starts around $200–$350/hr on weekdays; a 50-passenger party bus runs closer to $300–$500/hr on weekend nights. Per-day packages are also available.
These are planning ranges — the real number depends on your specific date, vehicle, hours, and demand. Call 840-237-8900 or use the quick form to get a quote in about a minute.
Which vehicle size is right for my Chino Hills group?
A quick rule of thumb: groups up to 14 fit comfortably in a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van; 15–35 passengers fit a minibus; 15–50 passengers have multiple party bus options depending on how much onboard space you want; and groups over 40 heading on longer trips are usually best served by a full-size charter bus with restrooms and undercarriage storage. If you're not sure, call 840-237-8900 — the team can match your headcount and itinerary to the right vehicle without any guesswork.
How far is Chino Hills from Ontario International Airport?
Ontario International Airport is roughly 10 miles from central Chino Hills — about 20 minutes in normal traffic via the SR-60 Freeway. Morning rush on weekdays or Friday afternoon can push that to 30–40 minutes. For large groups with multiple bags and an early departure, a Sprinter van or minibus eliminates the multi-car coordination problem and gets everyone to the terminal together.
See the ONT airport shuttle guide for specific terminal pickup details.
Can a charter bus reach venues outside the Inland Empire from Chino Hills?
Yes — full-size charter buses and minibuses in the network handle longer hauls to Los Angeles, San Diego, Temecula, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas. Chino Hills sits at a natural interchange point where the 71, 60, 57, and 91 freeways all converge within a few miles, which gives the city good access in most directions. The practical difference is that trips over two hours typically call for a charter bus with onboard restrooms rather than a party bus.
Call 840-237-8900 to confirm vehicle options for longer-distance itineraries.
What events in the Chino Hills area require the most advance booking?
Prom season (late April through May) is the tightest window — vehicle availability across San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties compresses fast, and booking in January vs. March can mean the difference between your preferred vehicle and whatever's left. The LA County Fair at Fairplex runs in May and draws heavy demand for Inland Empire bus rentals on weekends. Major festival weekends at Glen Helen Amphitheater and holiday weekends throughout summer also tighten availability.
For any of those dates, book at least three to four months ahead.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Chino Hills trips — birthday nights, winery tours, airport transfers — two to four weeks of lead time is workable outside of peak periods. For prom, major concerts at Glen Helen, and summer Saturday nights, three to six months in advance is strongly recommended. The earlier you lock in your date, the better the vehicle selection and the more likely you are to get a planning-range price rather than a last-minute surge rate.
Call 840-237-8900 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Chino Hills Party Bus Destinations
Chino Hills groups travel in a lot of directions — LA, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and beyond. These are six destinations where having a bus makes a concrete, measurable difference in how the day goes.

Yaamava' Resort & Casino
Yaamava' Resort & Casino (777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346) is one of the largest casinos on the West Coast, with 7,000+ slot machines, a 326-room hotel, and regular concerts at the Yaamava' Theater. It sits about 20 miles northeast of Chino Hills via the 71 North to the 210 East — roughly 25 minutes in light traffic, significantly longer on Friday evenings when the 210 interchange at the 57 slows. Casino parking is free and extensive, but group coordination at departure time is the real problem: finding 8 separate cars in a large lot after midnight is exactly as chaotic as it sounds.
A party bus from Chino Hills picks everyone up from one address, delivers the group to the main entrance on San Manuel Boulevard, and is staged and waiting at a set time when the night winds down. See the Yaamava' bus rental guide for current approach details.

Toyota Arena
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Dr, Ontario, CA 91764) is a 9,500-seat indoor venue hosting minor league hockey, concerts, family shows, and college basketball events — about 10 miles from Chino Hills via the 60 Freeway West to Haven Avenue. Surface parking around the arena is free, but it fills fast for sellout shows and the lots closest to the main entrance on Arena Drive go first. Groups that arrive late end up in the far eastern lots with a 10–12 minute walk in the dark.
A minibus from Chino Hills drops directly in front of the main entrance on Arena Drive, which is a materially better arrival than circling for parking with 20 people in tow. Read the Toyota Arena group transportation guide for staging and approach specifics.

Planes of Fame Air Museum
Planes of Fame Air Museum (14998 Cal Aero Dr, Chino, CA 91710) sits at Chino Airport — less than 5 miles from central Chino Hills — and operates one of the most significant collections of flyable historic aircraft in the world, with more than 150 aircraft spanning WWII through the jet era. It's a legitimate field trip and private group destination, particularly for aviation-interested adults and school groups. Parking at Cal Aero Drive is free and the lot accommodates buses without difficulty.
Entry is $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children 5–11. The museum hosts an annual Airshow each May that draws large crowds — on airshow weekend, Cal Aero Drive sees significant local traffic and arriving by bus keeps the group together rather than searching for parking on side streets around the airport perimeter.

Carbon Canyon Regional Park
Carbon Canyon Regional Park (4442 Carbon Canyon Rd, Brea, CA 92823) straddles the Chino Hills/Brea city line along SR-142 and includes a 124-acre grove of coastal redwoods — the only such grove in Southern California outside of Big Basin. The park is popular for family reunions, company picnics, and group hikes, with reservable group picnic areas and 7+ miles of trails. The Carbon Canyon Road approach from Chino Hills is narrow and winding in sections, and parking at the main lot is limited — day-use parking runs $3 per vehicle, but the lot is small enough that larger groups driving separately often find it full on weekend mornings.
A minibus or charter bus stages at the main parking area near the park entrance, consolidates arrival, and eliminates the "where do we park?" scramble that splits groups up before the event even starts.

Fairplex (LA County Fair)
Fairplex (1101 W McKinley Ave, Pomona, CA 91768) is home to the LA County Fair — one of the largest fairs in the United States, running in May and drawing over a million visitors over its run. It's about 12 miles from Chino Hills via the 71 North to the 60 West, but on fair weekends the surface streets around Fairplex — McKinley Avenue, Garey Avenue, White Avenue — back up significantly and parking on-site runs $20–$30 per vehicle, cash and card accepted. Gate 9 on White Avenue is the primary group and commercial vehicle entry point.
A charter bus from Chino Hills avoids the parking math entirely and drops your group closer to the main entrance than most self-parked vehicles end up. For the fair's final weekends in late May, weekend demand for Inland Empire bus rentals is high — book well ahead of the run.

Glen Helen Amphitheater
Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Parkway, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is an outdoor shed venue with a capacity of up to 65,000 for major festival events — concerts like Knotfest, Aftershock, and Hometown Rising regularly sell out the full grounds. It's about 20 miles northeast of Chino Hills via the 71 North to the 215 North, then east on Devore Road. The problem isn't the drive to the venue — it's the exit.
After a major show, Devore Road reduces to a single outbound lane and the 215 on-ramp backs up for 45 minutes or more. Rideshare pickup zones are a significant walk from the main stage, and surge pricing on show nights can run $40–$80 per car for a 20-mile trip. A charter bus pre-clears the exit by staging in the commercial vehicle area and rolls out ahead of the main crowd.
The Glen Helen Amphitheater bus guide has current approach detail — check it before your show date.
