Moreno Valley Charter Bus & Party Bus Rentals
Moreno Valley sits at the crossroads of the Inland Empire — close enough to LA, Palm Springs, and San Diego to make a charter bus the obvious answer for any group trip, and busy enough on the 60 and the 215 that driving yourself is rarely the right call. Ontariopartybuscompany.com makes it fast and free to compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses serving Moreno Valley for any occasion.

Search. Compare. Book Your Moreno Valley Party Bus Rental.
Ontariopartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, not a fleet operator. It doesn't own any vehicles or provide transportation itself. What it does is make it genuinely easy to come on, fill out one quick form with your trip details, and instantly compare vehicles and rates from a large network of bus companies serving Moreno Valley and the greater Inland Empire.
No account needed. No callbacks to wait on. No describing your trip to six different companies one at a time.
Instead, you get pricing and vehicle options in seconds — party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos — whatever your group size and itinerary call for. A support team is available by phone at 840-237-8900 every day of the year if you'd rather talk through the options, get help narrowing down a vehicle, or put together a custom package. The whole thing takes about a minute.
And the best part? You're never limited to a single fleet. Because Ontariopartybuscompany.com pulls from a large network of providers serving the IE, your options are always wide open.

Choose Available Amenities on Your Moreno Valley Bus
Not every Moreno Valley trip calls for the same setup. A bachelorette night heading into Temecula or downtown Riverside wants a party bus with LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound seating. A corporate shuttle running employees between a March Field-area office and a conference in San Bernardino is better served by a minibus with reclining seats, climate control, and overhead storage — no frills, all comfort.
Full-size charter buses bring undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms into the picture, which matters enormously on longer hauls to Dodger Stadium or a wine country day trip through the Temecula Valley. Tell the team what you need at 840-237-8900 and they'll match you to the right vehicle.

Wraparound Leather Seats

Your Shortcut to the Right Moreno Valley Party Bus
Finding group transportation in Moreno Valley has always meant calling around — describing your trip over and over, waiting on callbacks, and trying to compare quotes that never quite line up. Ontariopartybuscompany.com exists specifically to replace that process. Fill out one form, and you're instantly comparing vehicles and rates from a large network of bus companies serving the Inland Empire. The quote is free.
No account. No pressure.
Because this is a comparison website and not a single fleet operation, you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date. If you need a 40-passenger party bus for a Coachella weekend and every small operator in the IE is already booked, the network's reach gives you options they can't. If you need a minibus for a Thursday afternoon corporate shuttle to Ontario International Airport and you need it fast, you can have pricing in seconds.
The support team at 840-237-8900 is available every day of the year — not just business hours — to walk you through options, answer logistics questions, and help build a package around your exact headcount, pickup address, and destination. One call. One form.
Done.
Party Bus Services in Moreno Valley
From airport transfers and game-day shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelorette nights, prom, concerts, corporate shuttles, and field trips — whatever the occasion, a bus in the network is ready. Call 840-237-8900 to get started.

Moreno Valley Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Ontario International Airport (ONT) (2500 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761) sits about 22 miles northwest of Moreno Valley via the 60 — a manageable drive on a Tuesday morning, a completely different animal on a Friday afternoon when the 60 West backs up past Potrero Boulevard. For groups flying in or out together, a Moreno Valley airport shuttle bus rental eliminates the coordination problem entirely: one pickup, one vehicle, one drop at Terminal 2 or Terminal 4, no one circling arrivals for 20 minutes waiting on a straggler.
Groups flying into LAX have a longer haul — roughly 65 miles from Moreno Valley — and LAX's commercial vehicle pickup requires pre-arrangement through the LAX-it lot on Avion Drive. Have your group fully assembled and bags in hand before calling the bus in — coordinating at a high-traffic airport like LAX is all about timing. For smaller executive groups headed to ONT, a Sprinter van handles the run cleanly.
For a full team heading out for a conference, a charter bus with undercarriage bay storage handles everyone's luggage without the overhead-bin scramble. Call 840-237-8900 to set up your Moreno Valley airport transfer.

Moreno Valley Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Temecula wine country is 35 miles south of Moreno Valley on the 215 — close enough for a full-day bachelorette trip and far enough that nobody wants to be the one driving back on a Friday night. The route is smooth on paper, but the 215 South through Murrieta can slow badly on weekend afternoons, and designated vineyard parking gets chaotic when multiple tour groups arrive at the same time. A party bus from Moreno Valley handles pickup at the hotel, drops the group at Ponte, Callaway, or South Coast Winery, and stays ready for the next stop — no one's managing an Uber surge at 6pm trying to get from De Portola Road back to the freeway.
For groups that want the night out closer to home, downtown Riverside along University Avenue and the Mission Inn area has bars, rooftop spots, and late-night venues within a short run from Moreno Valley. A Moreno Valley bachelorette party bus with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound keeps the group together from first stop to last. Call 840-237-8900 — pricing takes about a minute.

Moreno Valley Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Moreno Valley has one of the largest concentrations of quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations in the Inland Empire, and a party bus arrival is genuinely one of the best entrances a birthday honoree can make. Venues like Margarita Hills Events Center and reception halls along Alessandro Boulevard and Day Street host large family celebrations regularly, and a 25- to 40-passenger party bus keeps the immediate group together in style from the house to the venue and back.
For milestone adult birthdays — a 30th heading to Yaamava' Resort & Casino in Highland, a 40th that starts at dinner in Riverside and ends at a rooftop bar — a Moreno Valley birthday party bus rental means no one has to coordinate rides home at midnight. Party buses in the network come with color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, premium sound systems, and wraparound seating. Weekday hourly rates start around $200 and weekend rates run $250 and up depending on the vehicle.
Call 840-237-8900 or use the quote form for your exact date — it's free and takes about a minute.

Moreno Valley Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The closest major amphitheater to Moreno Valley is Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) — about 35 miles northwest on the 215. Glen Helen seats 65,000 at full capacity for major festivals like Insomniac's Escape Halloween and Knotfest, and the Devore area has essentially no urban street grid to absorb post-show traffic. The 15 North onramp at Glen Helen Parkway is the only realistic exit for most of the crowd, and it backs up fast.
Groups that arrive and leave by charter bus completely sidestep the lot-exit wait — the bus stages, you load, and you're moving while everyone else is still trying to find their car in the dark.
For arena shows at Toyota Arena in Ontario (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764), a 25- or 30-passenger party bus is a popular pick — the venue sits in a commercial corridor with ample bus staging nearby, and the energy from the show carries right into the ride home. Book early for Insomniac festivals and major SoCal touring dates — demand in the IE spikes hard for those weekends. Call 840-237-8900 for concert shuttle pricing.

Moreno Valley Corporate Event Transportation
The Inland Empire's industrial and logistics corridor runs heavily through Moreno Valley — Amazon, UPS, and a dense stretch of distribution and warehouse facilities along the 60 and Cactus Avenue employ thousands of Moreno Valley workers. When a company needs to shuttle employees between a Moreno Valley campus and a team event in Riverside, a training day at a San Bernardino hotel, or a year-end dinner in Ontario, a minibus or charter bus handles the headcount without asking anyone to navigate the 215 interchange on their own after a long day.
The Ontario Convention Center (2000 E Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764) is the IE's primary large-scale meeting venue — about 25 miles from Moreno Valley — and its loading zones accommodate charter buses along Convention Center Way. For executive transfers and small team moves, a Sprinter van keeps things efficient. For full department shuttles or offsite all-hands events, a 40–56 passenger charter bus with overhead storage and onboard restrooms is the right call.
Explore Moreno Valley corporate event transportation options or call 840-237-8900 to build a custom quote.

Moreno Valley Private Event Transportation Services
Large private events — family reunions at Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park, church retreats heading to Big Bear, group camping trips organized through March Air Reserve Base family programs — all hit the same wall: how does everyone get there and back without turning the logistics into a second full-time job? A charter bus answers that question once and cleanly. One vehicle, one pickup time, one drop, one rate.
Moreno Valley groups also charter buses regularly for Coachella and Stagecoach weekends in Indio — about 60 miles east on the 60 through Beaumont and Banning. The 10 East through the pass is notoriously congested on festival Friday afternoons, and shuttle parking at the Empire Polo Club requires advance planning. A charter bus from Moreno Valley bypasses the personal vehicle parking scramble entirely and gets the group to the festival grounds together.
For any event where Coachella weekend demand applies, book 3–4 months out minimum — rates and availability move fast. Check private event transportation options or call 840-237-8900.

Moreno Valley Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across Moreno Valley runs late April through May, and the Moreno Valley Unified School District encompasses several high schools — Vista Del Lago, Valley View, Canyon Springs, Moreno Valley High — that hold their proms within a tight 4–6 week window. Every group wants the same vehicles on the same weekend nights, and the supply of party buses in the IE does not grow to match the demand spike. Waiting until March to book means premium pricing and shrinking availability.
For prom: book by December.
A 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the most popular prom vehicle in Moreno Valley — big enough for the core group, right-sized for venues with tighter staging areas, and loaded with the amenities (LED lighting, sound, TVs) that make the pre-venue portion of the night as memorable as the dance itself. Explore homecoming and prom bus rentals in the area or call 840-237-8900 now to lock in your date before the window closes.

Moreno Valley School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips out of Moreno Valley commonly head to the San Bernardino County Museum (2024 Orange Tree Ln, Redlands, CA 92374), the California Air and Space Museum at March Field (22550 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518) — literally minutes from Moreno Valley — or further west to the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. A charter bus with onboard restrooms makes the difference on longer runs, cutting the number of pit stops and keeping the group on schedule.
The March Field Air Museum is an especially practical destination for Moreno Valley schools because of proximity — the main entrance at Van Buren Boulevard sits less than 3 miles from the 60/215 interchange. Buses pull directly into the museum's large front lot with no staging complexity. For student-athletes heading to regional tournaments in the High Desert or San Gabriel Valley, charter buses with overhead storage handle equipment bags without issue.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — note it when you request your quote at 840-237-8900. Explore school field trip bus options to get started.

Moreno Valley Sporting Event Transportation
Dodger Stadium is the most common long-haul sports destination for Moreno Valley fans — about 70 miles west on the 60 through downtown, and the drive home after a night game on the 60 East through Industry and Pomona is exactly as bad as you'd expect. Stadium parking at Dodger Stadium starts around $35 per vehicle in advance through the Dodgers' official parking portal, and Preferred Lot access requires pre-purchase. A charter bus from Moreno Valley drops the group at the Stadium Way entrance while everyone else is hunting for their pre-purchased lot, and the ride home is already handled the moment the last out is recorded.
For Yaamava' Resort & Casino events and boxing nights in Highland (777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346), a minibus covers the 25-mile run from Moreno Valley efficiently. Closer to home, UC Riverside Highlanders games at the Student Recreation Center draw steady fan groups from across the IE. Explore Moreno Valley sporting event charter buses or call 840-237-8900 for game-day pricing.

Moreno Valley Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Moreno Valley wedding receptions frequently use venues in Riverside — the Mission Inn (3649 Mission Inn Ave, Riverside, CA 92501) is one of Southern California's most sought-after ceremony and reception sites, and its downtown Riverside location means zero convenient on-site parking for 150 guests on a Saturday night. Street parking in the Mission Inn corridor fills quickly, and the nearest garages charge market weekend rates. A wedding shuttle bus that loops between a Moreno Valley hotel block and the Mission Inn keeps guests comfortable and on schedule without asking anyone to navigate downtown Riverside alone in formalwear.
For ceremonies at Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park or outdoor venues east of the 215, a minibus handles the terrain between the ceremony site and a reception venue on Alessandro Boulevard cleanly. A Moreno Valley wedding shuttle can be configured for a single loop, continuous service between multiple pickup points, or a dedicated bridal party vehicle in addition to the guest shuttle. Call 840-237-8900 — the team can help you map the timing for your full wedding weekend itinerary.

Moreno Valley Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula wine country is the natural anchor for a Moreno Valley winery tour — 35 miles south on the 215 through Murrieta, with more than 40 wineries concentrated along Rancho California Road and De Portola Road in a small enough area that a bus can move the group from tasting room to tasting room without anyone counting glasses. Temecula wine country bus rentals are one of the most popular requests in the network for this part of the IE, and for good reason: most wineries have ample bus parking, none of the tasting rooms have ride-share pickup nearby at closing time, and De Portola Road offers no safe walking shoulder between properties.
For groups that want a craft beer-focused afternoon closer to home, downtown Riverside's brewery row along Brockton Avenue — Inland Wharf Brewing, Hangar 24's taproom scene, and Riverside's growing tap-house corridor — makes a solid pub crawl loop. A Moreno Valley winery and pub crawl bus rental keeps everyone on the same itinerary with no one stuck waiting for a surge-priced rideshare at 9pm. Call 840-237-8900 to check availability for your date.

Frequently Asked Questions About Moreno Valley Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Ontariopartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Ontariopartybuscompany.com?
Ontariopartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation in the Inland Empire. It is not a bus company and it does not own or operate any vehicles. The site connects you with pricing and vehicle options from a large network of bus companies serving Moreno Valley and surrounding cities — so you can compare buses and rates in one place instead of calling each company separately.
How does Ontariopartybuscompany.com work?
Fill out the quick form with your trip date, group size, pickup, and destination. In seconds you'll see vehicles, pictures, and pricing options from providers serving your area. No account required.
No commitment. If you'd rather talk through it, call 840-237-8900 and the team can pull up options and build a custom quote on the spot — takes about a minute either way.
How much does a party bus cost in Moreno Valley?
Rates vary by vehicle, day of the week, and trip length. As planning benchmarks: a 15–35 passenger minibus runs $200–$275/hour on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs $275–$375/hour on weekends; a 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350/hour. Per-day charter bus rates generally fall between $1,350 and $2,850.
Those are ranges — your real number depends on the specific date and itinerary. Call 840-237-8900 or use the form for exact pricing in about a minute. The party bus prices page has a full breakdown by vehicle.
What's the best vehicle for a group of 20 people?
A 20-passenger party bus is the most common pick — tight enough to feel like a real group, loaded with amenities, and right-sized for most Moreno Valley venues and event parking areas. If the priority is comfort over atmosphere (a corporate shuttle or airport run, for example), a 15–35 passenger minibus with reclining seats and overhead storage is often the better fit. Call 840-237-8900 and describe the trip — the team can help you decide which vehicle actually makes sense.
Can I get a charter bus from Moreno Valley to Dodger Stadium or Coachella?
Yes, and both are popular requests. Dodger Stadium is roughly 70 miles west on the 60 — a charter bus with onboard restrooms makes the round trip practical and keeps the group together through the post-game traffic instead of everyone having to drive home separately. Coachella at the Empire Polo Club in Indio is about 60 miles east.
Festival weekends are among the highest-demand periods for IE charter buses, so book 3–4 months out if your dates line up with a festival weekend. Call 840-237-8900 to check availability early.
What airports do Moreno Valley airport shuttles serve?
The most common airport for Moreno Valley groups is Ontario International (ONT) — about 22 miles northwest on the 60. LAX is roughly 65 miles west and is a longer but common option for groups with limited nonstop options from ONT. Palm Springs International (PSP) is about 55 miles east on the 10 and is a practical alternative for groups headed to Coachella Valley.
For any airport transfer, have your full group assembled and bags collected before the bus is called in — timing coordination at a busy terminal is everything.
Is there a party bus option for a smaller group of 10–14 people?
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the go-to for groups in that range — premium leather, individual reading lights, USB charging at every seat, and a much sleeker profile than a full party bus for intimate birthday dinners, anniversary nights, or small bachelorette groups heading into Temecula. Sprinter limos run $225–$350/hour on weekends. Call 840-237-8900 to check availability on your date.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, 4–8 weeks is workable — but availability and rates tighten faster than most people expect. For prom (April–May), book by December. For Coachella and Stagecoach weekends, book 3–4 months out.
For peak summer Saturdays and holiday weekends, earlier is always better. The worst outcome is calling two weeks before your event and finding the vehicle you wanted is gone or priced at a premium. Call 840-237-8900 as soon as your date is set — the quote is free and there's no obligation.
Popular Moreno Valley Party Bus Destinations
Moreno Valley groups regularly charter buses to venues and destinations across the Inland Empire and beyond. Here are six of the most common destinations — with the logistical details that actually matter when you're moving a group.

March Field Air Museum
The March Field Air Museum (22550 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518) is one of the closest major attractions to Moreno Valley — less than 3 miles from the 60/215 interchange at Van Buren Boulevard. The museum sits on 70 acres adjacent to March Air Reserve Base and displays more than 70 military aircraft spanning WWI through the Gulf War. For school groups, the front parking lot accommodates full-size charter buses without staging complexity, and the museum's group admission rates make it a budget-friendly field trip option.
The facility is open Tuesday through Sunday, 9am–4pm. Contact the museum directly to coordinate group access and bus arrival timing before your visit.

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel
Yaamava' Resort & Casino (777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346) is about 25 miles north of Moreno Valley on the 215 to the 30 East — a straightforward run that takes under 35 minutes outside peak hours. The casino complex is one of the largest in Southern California, with a 17-story hotel tower, multiple concert and boxing event venues, and a casino floor that draws consistent group trips from across the IE. Bus and charter vehicle drop-off uses the resort's dedicated commercial vehicle lane on San Manuel Boulevard.
The adjacent event center hosts major touring acts and championship fights several times per year, and parking on event nights fills fast — a minibus or party bus from Moreno Valley sidesteps the lot entirely.

Toyota Arena
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764) is the Inland Empire's primary indoor concert and sports venue — home to the Ontario Reign (AHL) and a consistent stop on major touring acts' SoCal legs. It sits about 23 miles from Moreno Valley in the Ontario Center commercial corridor, which has wide surface streets and ample staging for charter buses along Ontario Center Parkway. The venue seats approximately 9,700 for hockey and up to around 11,000 for concerts, and post-event traffic flows reasonably well compared to stadium venues — but rideshare surge pricing still hits hard on sold-out nights.
A party bus from Moreno Valley arrives together and leaves together, no surge pricing involved. Call 840-237-8900 for event-night availability.

Glen Helen Amphitheater
Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is one of Southern California's largest outdoor festival venues — capacity up to 65,000 — and it hosts major festivals including Insomniac's Escape Halloween, Knotfest, and rotating summer dates. It sits about 35 miles northwest of Moreno Valley via the 215 North to the 15 North, and the post-event exit is notoriously congested: the Devore Road and Glen Helen Parkway interchange funnels the entire crowd onto a two-lane approach. Charter buses load and leave faster than individual vehicles when the lot attendants clear commercial lanes first, which is consistently the case at large-scale Glen Helen events.
For festival weekends, book 2–3 months in advance and confirm staging logistics directly with the event when you get closer to your date.

Ontario Convention Center
The Ontario Convention Center (2000 E Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764) hosts trade shows, corporate conferences, and public expos year-round — about 25 miles from Moreno Valley on the 60 West. The facility offers 225,000 square feet of total event space and sits directly adjacent to the Ontario Airport Marriott and Doubletree, making hotel-to-venue shuttle loops straightforward for attendee groups. Charter bus drop-off uses Convention Center Way along the building's main entrance, and the surrounding commercial streets offer adequate staging while events are in session.
For multi-day conferences, a dedicated daily shuttle circuit between a Moreno Valley hotel block and the convention center is easy to configure. Call 840-237-8900 to build a multi-day corporate shuttle quote.

Temecula Wine Country
The Temecula Valley wine region (Rancho California Rd corridor, Temecula, CA 92591) is 35 miles south of Moreno Valley on the 215 — a quick drive on paper, and a legitimately beautiful wine region with more than 40 wineries concentrated in a walkable-to-bikeable stretch along Rancho California Road and De Portola Road. Wineries including Ponte, Callaway, South Coast, and Wilson Creek host wine tastings, live music, and private events regularly. Most properties have dedicated bus and large-vehicle parking, but De Portola Road in particular has no shoulder and no rideshare pickup infrastructure between stops — a bus in the group keeps everyone together from Moreno Valley to the last tasting room and back.
For weekend dates during Temecula's spring harvest season (April–June), book at least 6 weeks out. Call 840-237-8900 or visit the winery tour bus rental page.
